We are essentially a self-managing tenant so if you are the managing agent for the property your status will remain, however the hassle of the small issues that come with property management such as tenant administration and minor maintenance won’t as it would be our responsibility to stay on top of that. We would only ever need to liaise with you about more substantial maintenance issues e.g. boiler repairs and damp.

As your status as the managing agent remains, so will your tenant find or monthly management fees and we as the self-managing tenant will benefit from being able to house our professional clients for a profit and the landlord still gets their 100% guaranteed rent regardless of any void periods. It’s a win-for-all situation!

Working with us also allows you the managing agent to add another service to what your agency offers, which is that you can offer guaranteed rent to landlords, which is a responsibility that falls on our shoulders rather than yours. We manage the property, you manage us hassle-free!
